Terms & Conditions

• Quality Standards: All LED products comply with CE-EMC, CE-LVD, RoHS, and FCC standards. Slight variations in batch color (binning) may occur for orders placed at different times.
• Pixel Policy: We follow industry-standard pixel policies. A specific number of 'dead pixels' is considered normal within global LED manufacturing tolerances, though we strive for 0% failure upon delivery.

• Design Approval: For custom LED cabinets or PCB designs, production starts only after the client signs off on the final technical drawing.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: Custom orders require a 30% to 50% non-refundable deposit to cover raw material procurement (Lamps, ICs, PCBs).
• Changes: Any changes requested after production has started will incur additional material and labor costs.

All prices are quoted in USD on an EXW (Ex-Works) or FOB (Free On Board) Shenzhen basis unless otherwise stated. Full payment is mandatory before the release of goods for shipment. Bank transfer (T/T) fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the courier or loaded onto the vessel.
• Inspection: Buyers must inspect the wooden cases or flight cases immediately upon arrival. Any damage during transit must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours.

• Warranty Period: A standard 2-year warranty is provided, extendable to 5 years upon agreement.
• Scope: Warranty covers modules, power supplies, and control cards. It does not cover 'Acts of God' (lightning, floods) or damage from improper high-voltage power connection.
• Repair: During the warranty, we provide free repairs. Shipping costs for returning parts are shared: Buyer pays to send, HongKing LED pays to return.

All software, firmware, and custom designs provided by HongKing LED remain our intellectual property. We are not liable for delays caused by raw material shortages, port congestion, or global supply chain disruptions (Force Majeure).
